Block & Beam Floor
There was a delay with the block and beam floor, but as soon as it arrived we had the Westross Team of builders on the job! They worked relentlessly to get this laid so that the timber frame extension could be started the next day. WOW, WOW, WOW!! Great job guys!
Timber Frame
Day Two came and the carpenters were busy building the frame. In no time at all the frame was up and it was clear to see the extension taking shape.
This area will be completed with bi-fold doors and two full length windows to either side of the doors. Inside will become a wonderful lounge area looking out onto the garden. Very VERY exciting!! It is crazy to see how much can change in one week. I wonder what next week will bring???
Internal Space
Inside the cottage there will be a newly fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and SMEG fridge freezer. Keeping the open plan feel, the dining area will comfortably seat all 5 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Venture into the lounge area to watch TV or cosy up with a good book. And outside provides further dining and entertainment space with a luxurious hot tub for everyone to enjoy!!
