Each lodge offers its own private space, enclosed by low-level fencing and carefully positioned for seclusion. Every hot tub is screened for privacy and leads directly from your decked veranda, while each private garden features its own fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars.

With scenic countryside walks, a dog-friendly village pub just minutes away, and peaceful surroundings all around, everything is in place for you to slow down, switch off, and enjoy time together.

English Oak Lodge with Hot Tub & Fire Pit

The lounge features cosy seating, a TV, and an electric stove, perfect for curling up together with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Step outside to your screened hot tub or porch swing to continue the experience under the stars, surrounded by woodland and peaceful seclusion.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: A king-size bed is tucked away in a beautifully defined bedroom space, offering privacy and intimacy, complete with a projector for cosy in-bed movie nights.

Silver Birch Lodge with Hot Tub & Fire Pit

With everything in one beautifully designed space, Silver Birch Lodge is a welcoming countryside retreat where you can relax, cook, and enjoy time together. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: A double bed and bunk bed can be screened off from the lounge area for privacy, with an additional double sofa bed in the lounge, providing flexible accommodation for up to four guests.

Sycamore Lodge with Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Copper Beech Lodge is a spacious, comfortable countryside retreat for families or small groups who love space, outdoor living, and time together. The kitchen, lounge, and dining areas flow through large French doors into a generous garden, giving children and dogs room to play while you relax nearby. The lodge brings the outdoors in, so you can enjoy the beauty of the countryside without ever missing the comforts of home.

Step outside to your private hot tub or gather around the fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars. Morning coffees on the deck, evening games in the lounge, or lazy afternoons in the garden — Copper Beech Lodge is all about relaxed, joyful time together in the heart of the countryside.

Toppesfield Hall is set in the countryside, and our guinea fowl and other local wildlife add a charming touch to your stay. Please note: they may be vocal at times including night-times.

Groups

We are a quiet, small and friendly site and for the enjoyment of others we do not accept hen or stag parties or parties under 18 years without accompanying adults. Any Covid restrictions in force at the time of your stay will need to be adhered to.

Food Shopping Deliveries

There is NO vehicular access to the lodges, therefore you will need to ensure that any delivery drivers have your phone number and can ring you on arrival. You will need to collect your shopping from the main gate and we have carts for your use to transport shopping to the lodge.

Parking

There is NO vehicular access to the lodges. Dedicated Parking is a short walk away (approx. 150yards). We provide carts to transport your luggage to your lodge if needed. PLEASE NOTE: If you need assistants with luggage, this MUST be requested when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

The Cottage has 2 parking spaces next to the back gate.

Gardening

As we are open 7 days a week, it will be necessary for our gardener to mow around the Woodland Areas and within your garden area. We will let you know when he is due to arrive. The day may vary week on week.

Dogs

Please do not allow your dogs to roam freely outside of your garden area.

Under no circumstances should your dogs be left in the accommodation alone.

Dog owners must agree and adhere to our Dog Friendly Terms & Conditions (please see our T&C’s at the bottom of this page)

Please Note: There are noise restrictions in place at this property whereby no external music players must be brought to the property (portable Amazon Dots are provided and these must be kept at a low level) and external noise must be considerate to other guests.

We do accept dogs and appreciate that at times, dogs may bark, but please refrain from allowing your dogs to bark continuously.
