Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, a milestone celebration, or simply a thoughtful surprise.
How to Buy a Gift Voucher:
Simply click the ‘Buy a Gift Voucher’ button and choose the value you’d like (available in £50 increments). Once your order is placed, payment is processed securely by Stripe using any major credit or debit card.
Your voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards a stay at Toppesfield Hall (minimum 2-night stay).
You can choose how it’s delivered:
• A printed voucher posted to the recipient
• Or a PDF version emailed directly to you
We’ll send your voucher—by email or Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class—within 48 hours of receiving full payment.
How to Redeem a Gift Voucher
Check the availability calendar at www.citytocountryretreat.co.uk for your preferred stay dates, then simply call or email us with your preferred dates and your chosen property name; and provide us with your unique gift voucher code.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed online. We will contact you to confirm the booking and process any additional costs or extras for your stay.

How much are Toppesfield Hall gift vouchers?
Our gift vouchers start from £50 and can be purchased in £50 increments. The minimum spend is £50, making them perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and milestone celebrations.
What can the gift vouchers be used for?
Vouchers can be redeemed towards a stay at Toppesfield Hall, including our cosy lodges and cottage. The minimum night stay is 2 nights.
How long are the gift vouchers valid for?
All Toppesfield Hall gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
Simply click the ‘Buy a Gift Voucher’ button and choose the amount you’d like. Payment is taken securely through Stripe using your credit or debit card.
How will my gift voucher be delivered?
You can choose either a PDF voucher emailed to you or a printed voucher posted to the recipient via Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class.
Can I send a gift voucher as a last-minute gift?
Yes. If you need a quick present, choose the email option and you’ll receive a PDF voucher ready to print or forward. We aim to email vouchers with 24hrs of payment being received.
Can gift vouchers be used for weekend stays?
Yes, as long as there is availability. Vouchers can be used for any stay at Toppesfield Hall (minimum 2-night stay).
Do I need to use the whole voucher at once?
Yes. Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of booking.
Can I use more than one voucher for a booking?
Absolutely. You can apply multiple vouchers towards a single stay.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
Yes. We can post a printed voucher, making it a lovely option for gifting.
Can I personalise the gift voucher?
Our Gift Cards are pre printed. If you choose to have the gift card posted, we will attach a handwritten note with the receipients name and short message of your choice. If you choose the email option, the gift card will be sent to you, and you can then forward this on to the recipient with your own message.
Gift Vouchers- Terms & Conditions:
The voucher can be redeemed against a stay at Toppesfield Hall for 12 months from the date of purchase. Weekends and popular dates get booked up quickly, so we recommend securing your preferred dates well in advance. Gift vouchers can be redeemed as payment against a stay of equal or greater value and must be used before the expiry date. Please note that vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another gift voucher, and no change can be given. All stays booked with a gift voucher are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions of Booking.
