Step 2: Refresh with a Cold Shower Drench
After your first sauna session, step outside for a revitalising cold water shower drench. This refreshes your body and awakens your senses, giving you a perfect reset before the next heat session.
Step 3: Back to the Sauna for Another Heat Blast
Return to the main sauna for a second, shorter session. This warms you back up, dries you off, and allows you to fully enjoy the comforting heat.
Step 4: Chill in the Internal Relaxation Room
Move into the internal relaxation room, where the gentler warmth helps you slowly wind down. It’s the perfect place to relax, breathe, and enjoy a quieter moment before ending your session.
Step 5: End with the Hot Tub at Your Lodge or Cottage
Finally, head back to your lodge and soak in the hot tub or relax on the decking. Surrounded by woodland and away from the city, this is your moment to completely unwind, feeling refreshed and restored.
